Rather, it sets guidelines for loans, which are made by lending partners nationwide, including banks and economic development organizations. Nitin Shah currently serves as CEO of Imperial Investments Group, Inc. with over 30 years of experience in real estate ownership and development. In addition to his hospitality experience, he founded Embassy National Bank in Lawrenceville and currently serves as its Chairman. He was the 1993 Chairman of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), as well as the founder of the American Franchisee Association and currently serves on its Board of Directors. Mr. Shah serves on the Advisory Board for Kennesaw State University and Georgia College and State University, and was the 2011 President of the Rotary Club of Atlanta Emory-North Druid Hills.
