The Next Level mantra is “Progress Always” because the journey is ongoing and the greatest stories are told through the process that is life. The story is in the logo. Why the 4th Star incomplete? Firstly, the stars are representative of Mycal’s military roots and service to others before self. The highest rank one can achieve in military service is symbolized by 4 stars.
The Next Level stars also represent what we should all be trying to achieve: our highest and best self. Stacked upon the foundation of your physical body, emotional, mental and spiritual states of being. The 4th star is broken because we will forever be a work in progress. This is a never ending journey.

Her story is very inspirational She said the reason why she decided she needed to lose weight started at a football game. She was 328 pounds, and had decided to take her father to an NFL game in Tempe. While they were in line to get in, a man started choking on a hot dog. No one was doing anything to help this guy — so she ran over to him as fast as she could and proceeded to give him the heimlich. He was able to cough up the hot dog and she ended up saving him. It was a surreal experience, and afterwards, she realized how precious life is. And how silly it was to care so much for the life of a stranger, yet she didn’t care enough about her own life to do something about her weight. That night, from the hotel room in Tempe, she and her my husband called Jenny Craig. The next day, they started with the Jenny Craig Vegetarian plan, and lost a combined weight total of 231 pounds. Interesting development from losing weight: she and her husband appeared in a national commercial for Jenny Craig– starring them with Valerie Bertinelli!
