Troy J Gautier is the Managing Director and Chief Alliance Officer of Alliances Progress, LLC.

Jack has worked at, spoken for and consulted to such well-known Atlanta area technology providers as MSA, Dun & Bradstreet Software, Harbinger, CA Technologies, Fiserv, IBM, and Infor and for such other well-known Atlanta companies at Coca-Cola, General Electric, Georgia Power and Georgia Pacific helping both them better understand and plan for the strategic business impacts of emerging technologies.

At the start of this year, Jack was voted by over 12,000 meeting planners, executives and conference attendees as one of the world’s Top 5 Technology Futurists for 2014. Jack has spoken in all 50 states and 20 foreign countries around the world.

In 2014, Jack joined Adaequare, a provider of emerging technology solutions for both users and providers of business technologies, as VP of Sales. Jack graduated from Yale with a degree in Business Administration and has an MBA from Kellogg in Finance and Marketing.

Mike Wittenstein is the founder and managing principal at Storyminers, an experience, service, and business design consultancy known for its game-changing work with leading service brands. Mike is also a world-class expert on experience, service, and business design, who has helped over 400 organizations in 25+ countries make their experiences better—to the tune of $1.5B in value created. As eVisionary, he started IBM’s first experience and service design practice and helped establish the international Customer Experience Professionals Association.

By his own admission, he is a designer who can’t draw. Mike is ranked as a top customer experience influencer by SAP, MindTouch and others. His clients include: Air Canada, Apple, Best Buy, BlackRock, Clorox, Delta Air Lines, Holiday Inn, IBM, LeasePlan, McDonald’s, Party City, Publix, Safeway, Zaxby’s, and many other customer-friendly brands.

Mike enjoys helping companies discover, design, and deploy their future-state experiences and introducing new ideas like Human Prototyping”(ask him about it) and the Customer Experience Design + Study Tours (coming up later this year in Australia and the UK).

Mike earned his MBA from Thunderbird, BA from the University of Florida, and studied in Brazil and Russia. He lives in the Atlanta area and tries to squeeze in woodworking projects on the weekends.

Today we continued our quest for Atlanta’s Best Connectors, and discovered three more professionals making all the right connections and producing Better Results In Less Time.

 

Jim Beach

Jim Beach’s first book, School for Startups, was published by McGraw-Hill in June 2011. Jim has started businesses and has taught entrepreneurship around the world. At the age of 25, Jim founded American Computer Experience.

From 1993 to 2000, Jim grew the company with no capital infusion to $12 million in annual revenue and to over 60 permanent and 700 temporary employees, operating in 39 states and in three countries. Jim taught entrepreneurship at Georgia State University for nine years and in 2009, Jim founded the School for Startups, www.SchoolforStartups.com, a web resource devoted to teaching his philosophy of low risk entrepreneurship.

Jim has presented in Japan, Korea, India, Dubai, and Egypt and for or on behalf of Wells Fargo, Toshiba, UPS, SunTrust and others on topics as diverse as the “Future of Oil Scarcity,” “How to Export in a Down Economy,” and“Getting to Number One on Google.”
