
On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on our pal Karla Walsh gave us the highlights from her article in Fitness Magazine highlighting the Top 10 Workout DVDs of 2011.
Karla had 80 testers put the best exercise dvds to the test and they have put together their Top 10. A lot of the winners were familiar to Dr Fitness fans because we have interviewed a bunch of them. Bob Harper won for Advanced workout. Jackie Warner won for Makes you Sweat. Denise Austin won for Yoga and even Julianne Hough won something. You can go to the Fitness magazine website and sample each of the dvds to see which ones you like. And Fitness Magazine is running a contest to win a bunch of the exercise dvds mentioned in the article.

Fitness magazine. So because of that, she came on to share the highlights of this months Fitness magazine. She talked about an article that gave you tips on how to get some fitness in your desk job. She said switch form a chair to an exercise ball and to stand up whenever you are on the phone. This issue also has the Healthy Food Awards so you can see who won best pizza, best Mexican food and best ice cream – among others.
