All Clean Food

Laura Meemken, All Clean Food (Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Radio, Episode 7)

She and host John Ray discussed her journey to start the business, the products they offer, and much more. Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Radio is produced virtually by the Minneapolis St. Paul studio of Business RadioX®.

Laura Meemken, CEO, Co-Founder, All Clean Food

Laura is CEO & Co-founder at All Clean Food. She is also a married mom of three, licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, & Natural Health Advocate. She loves to cook, sing, watch musicals, read, run, do yoga and meditate. She values family, faith, and showing kindness to ALL.

Her family experienced a true transformation after they moved to a clean eating lifestyle to support their children’s food allergies. They went from “surviving” through sleepless nights, skin and stomach issues and mood/emotional issues to “thriving” with energy, clarity, and a new sense of purpose.

Laura created the business because she could not find a single organic, clean-ingredient meal to keep in her pantry, especially one that would work for her kids’ allergies.

She made it her mission to make eating well easier for ALL no matter what the dietary needs or preferences.

In addition to tasting delicious, All Clean meals will always be made from only REAL INGREDIENTS. No junk, fillers, or artificial ingredients.

Free from the top fourteen food allergens and Vegan-friendly, their meals are enjoyed by ALL around the table.

She has witnessed and experienced the healing power of FOOD and wants everyone to experience this. She is honored to provide a product to make eating well, easier for ALL.

From her family’s table to yours…ORGANIC. DINNER. DONE.

In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy explain how to pick out and cook chicken in a safer manner. Consumer Reports recently said that 2 out 3 chickens they tested were contaminated with some bacteria. They said even organic chickens were contaminated but at a lesser rate. So when you are buying a chicken at the store make sure you put it immediately into one of those plastic bags to prevent any bacteria from moving from the chicken onto any of your other food items, especially unbagged veggies and fruits. Also make sure the bag your chicken is in is sealed properly . Also it is probably a good idea to pick out your chicken at the end of your grocery shopping rather than the beginning – so it stays as cool as possible for as long as possible.   Listen right now to hear Dr Fitness’ tips.
