The Sugarloaf Community Improvement District was formed in 2016 to ensure the long-term success of Gwinnett County’s premiere business and entertainment district.

The CID is one of the region’s top ten employment centers. Together with Gwinnett Place, the Sugarloaf business district ranks #4 for jobs and #3 for businesses in all of Metro Atlanta. The CID is also home to the Infinite Energy Center, a regional destination that attracts over a million visitors a year. Exciting plans for expansion and new development at this site are also in the works.
