Jay is currently Chief Information Officer for the American Cancer Society(ACS), a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the American Cancer Society has more than 900 local offices nationwide and a presence in more than 5,100 communities. Jay is responsible for the people, strategy and operations of the Global Information Technology organization.
Prior to joining ACS in 2012, Jay served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for AdCare Health Systems, a rapidly growing and recognized innovator in health care facility management. Jay spent the previous 7 years at AIG (American International Group), most recently as VP and CIO for AIG Aerospace, a leading global aerospace insurer. At AIG, Jay implemented numerous improvements that have delivered substantial value to the organization while managing significant organizational change in a turbulent market environment. In addition to his role as AVP of Information Technology with AIG Personal Lines, Jay was selected as CFO for Operations and Systems in 2006 and led multiple global IT Finance and Governance Standards initiatives that resulted in millions of dollars in savings for the organization.
Jay continues to be a thought leader in the Information Technology arena and is a frequent guest speaker and panelist, both in Atlanta and Nationwide. In recognition of his accomplishments, Jay was selected as Georgia CIO of the Year in 2011, and is currently serving as Chair for the Georgia CIO Leadership Association.
His commitment and dedication to community involvement is evidenced by the time and energy he contributes. In 2007, he founded the non-profit group, Priscilla’s Promise, in honor of his late wife, which raises funds for cervical cancer education and research, and currently serves as its Executive Director. In 2011 he was elected to the Board of Directors for TechBridge, an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization which helps other nonprofits use technology to improve their capability to serve the community, and in 2013 was named Board Chair.
Jay earned both his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and his Masters of Business Administration from The University of Georgia. Jay continues to be involved with his alma mater, both as a mentor for young alumni and as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors for the Terry College of Business.
Jay lives in the Metro Atlanta Area with his 3 sons: Trey, Connor and Alex.
Lee W. Crump is the CIO and Group Vice President of Business Support for Rollins, Inc. Rollins, based in Atlanta, has annual revenues of over $1.3 billion and is the parent company of Orkin Pest Control, and other well-known pest control companies. Prior to joining Rollins in 2009 Crump spent ten years as the CIO of the largest and most profitable ServiceMaster subsidiary based in Memphis, TN. In 2012 Crump was named Georgia CIO of the Year (Global Division) by the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA).
In his current capacity, he manages a team of 150 professionals and is responsible for all Information Technology (IT) and Program Management (PMO).
Mr. Crump holds the PMP credential from the Project Management Institute and has a long track record of successfully delivering major systems implementations. He served as the Six Sigma Executive Deployment Champion in his previous role with ServiceMaster. He has spent over 35 years in IT, equally divided between IT Executive Management and Business Consulting.
Mr. Crump serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Georgia Junior Achievement, Year-Up Atlanta, and CHRIS Kids. He serves on the Advisory Boards of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA) where he is Vice Chair of Programs, the Association of Telecommunications Professionals (ATP), and the Sprint CIO Advisory Board. He is a volunteer and mentor for Pathbuilders Achieva and Year-Up Atlanta, where in 2013 he received the Year-Up Urban Empowerment Award.
He is a member of American Mensa, the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA), the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Technology Association of Georgia, (TAG), and the Society of Information Managers (SIM).

Booth 61 on 10/02 was a major HOME RUN! My guests were Alan Stukalsky, Managing Director, IT & CIO of Randstad, Lee Crump, Group Vice President & CIO of Rollins and Tracy Crump, Executive Director of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association, (GCLA). It was a real honor for me to host three people I respect and appreciate very much for all they do for Atlanta and Georgia. Lee was the 2012 CIO of the Year in the Global Category and Alan is a finalist for the 2013 CIO of the Year in the Enterprise Category. Tracy is the person who manages GCLA and creates extraordinary programming all year for the CIO members. Tracy is also the person who makes sure the CIO of the Year event is spectacular.
The GCLA CIO of the Year Awards Breakfast will be held on November 1st. This is a MUST ATTEND event. There will be 50+ CIO’s in one room at one time. Nowhere or at no other time will you find this many CIO’s together in Atlanta. Craig Goodwin is the Senior Director of Rollins University at Rollins, Inc. Craig has been in the pest management industry for over 30 years as an employee of Orkin, LLC and Rollins, Inc. He has both operational and training experience, working as a branch manager, training specialist, and training manager before assuming his current position of senior director at Rollins University. In this position, Craig’s primary responsibility is evaluating Rollins University’s processes in relation to best practice and leveraging best practice strategies to improve organizational and work-group performance in pest management.
Craig is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). He currently serves as co-chairman of the education committee for the Georgia Pest Control Association (GPCA) and vice president of finance for the Atlanta chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). He is also a national member of the ASTD and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
Craig is a state-approved industry speaker in Georgia and is a frequent speaker at GPCA events. He has also presented at many other state and national conferences including the Purdue Conference, Texas A&M Conference, Training Leadership Summit, and the Annual Training Conference.
Craig graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Chemistry. He received an MBA from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York.
Ramiro Banderas is a Director of the Rollins Global Learning Network at Rollins, Inc. Ramiro is an award-winning producer/director with over 28 years of experience in video production and communications. He started Rollins’ video based media department in 1986 and has produced many programs directly accredited with improving the company’s key operating goals.
Ramiro launched a satellite based interactive long distance learning network for Rollins in 2006 and is responsible for upgrading that network to a terrestrial solution implemented in 2012. The new platform is a blended interactive learning solution, capable of delivering live and on-demand interactive learning events at any time, to anywhere and to any device. Ramiro is a part of the team at Rollins University that has received Training Magazine’s Top 125 Award for ten years in a row. In 2003, Rollins University also received the American Society for Training and Development’s (ASTD) Best award, tying with Delta Airlines for the number one ranking. In 2007, the team received the prestigious Learning In Practice Award from Chief Learning Officer magazine.
Ramiro is on Communications Media Managers Association’s (CMMA) board of directors and is a member of the Media Communications Association International (MCAI).
