Scott Ferraro has an extensive background in the automotive aftermarket. With over 20 years of experience working for manufacturers and distributors in the aftermarket, Scott is currently responsible for managing the NAPA Auto Parts business in North America for Schumacher Electric Corporation. His background in sales, marketing, and business development have exposed him to the importance of training and how it correlates to sales. In today’s interview, Scott discusses how training and education are part of the overall sales strategy for his company.
