Welcome to the 4th episode of “Live Well”. Follow the journey of Mike and Tracy as they continue their trek to better health with the help of two experts: Health and wellness coach Stephanie Wolfe and personal trainer DeWitte Thompson.
Stephanie Wolfe/The Whole Food Health Coach
Stephanie Wolfe is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, which is the highest level of training available to health coaches and is a coveted partnership with physicians and medical practitioners. She works with clients individually or as a group through a step by step process using advanced coaching methods, offering her clients full access to resources and tools to support them throughout their health journey. As a two-time cancer survivor (now 18 years clean) she knows about body systems and the nutrition that fuels them. She calls herself a “preventionist” because it is her believe that prevention is a stronger goal than finding a cure or treatment for diseases that are robbing us from our health and happiness.
