Wilmer then decided to branch out on his own with his speaking and presentation experience and started Steve Speaks. “When I decided to start the company,” said Wilmer, “I sent an email to 20-25 people who had heard me speak before and asked ‘What would you say about me as a speaker’ and that’s what I’m going to use in my bio and promotion.”
Wilmer has spoken to audiences from 5 to 500. Wilmer currently travels the country coaching and training insurance agents in the art of the sales process and is highly sought after in this field.
