Since Ashley lived on the ranch for over 6 months she had lots of stories about Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper. Ashley said that changing her thinking was the key to her weight loss success. Housekeeping for her inspirational weight loss story. Farredeh shared her very emotional story – her mother was assaulted and that triggered a weight gain, but through the support of her husband, close friends and and a Weight Watchers leader she was able to lose the weight and keep it off. She learned how to manage portions better – since her main problem was portion control the Weight Watchers point system helped her a lot.
