Known as a motivated, visionary leader Dennis Worden with Ignite Advisory Group has experience at building strong and loyal collaborative relationships. He is an outstanding communicator in encouraging individuals and organizations to press beyond mediocrity and rise to excellence.

Dennis served as General Manager of three major market stations, KKIM – Albuquerque, KCFO AM/FM – Tulsa, and KKLA – Los Angeles, before becoming Vice President of National Programming for Salem Media Group. Dennis is one of only two individuals to have been named twice Broadcast Station Manager of the Year by the NRB.

Dennis joined John Maxwell and The INJOY Group as Director of Marketing and then was asked to join the executive team of John Maxwell’s international non-profit leadership organization, EQUIP.

Dennis was named President of The Duncan Group, the most respected sales training company in the mortgage banking industry. The Duncan Group purchased INJOY and Maximum Impact from John C. Maxwell forming the Maximum Impact Group. MIG owned the Catalyst conference, Maximum Impact Leadercast, Thrive, Maximum Impact Club, and The Duncan Group including Mortgage Mastery University, Sales Mastery conference, and Achieving Leadership Excellence. As one of three owners of Maximum Impact Group, Dennis sold his interest to begin working with a variety of companies, thought leaders, and non-profits, providing coaching, non-traditional and traditional marketing strategies that produces growth and a sustainable ROI.

Chris Nedza is an entrepreneur, innovator, technologist, and coach who founded ZeeZor, a company that helps beauty salon owners get real-time data analytics on their mobile phone which allow them to drive the right employee behavior at the right time to maximize store performance, and boost employee engagement.

As an author and public speaker, Chris tours the country as the Visionary for ZeeZor on a mission to empower the salon industry with simple and practical ways to improve their business. His years of entrepreneurial experience have given him both the appreciation for, and perspective of a business owner that his audiences instantly relate to.

Tim O’Connor is an EOS® Implementer and the Growth Architect for the Terraform Group. He has been a business transformation champion for some of the most iconic and well-known brands in the world spanning golf, entertainment, motorsports, apparel, and technology.

Tim was a PGA Professional and Master Golf Instructor for the Arnold Palmer Golf Academy before he moved to Silicon Valley in 1999 where he built a sales division with a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients. After moving back to Atlanta, he and his wife started a company of their own where they managed to turn a $2,500 loan into over $4MM in retail sales worldwide.

Eventually, Tim left the family business to lead sales and marketing for a Fortune 500 company where sales grew from $240MM to $260MM in 18 months. Despite those results, he realized his true calling was to make a difference in the lives of entrepreneurs.

That’s when he learned about EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, and immediately saw how it gets privately-held companies Vision, Traction, and Healthy. Tim has since made it his mission to share this life changing system with as many entrepreneurs as possible as an Atlanta EOS Implementer.

Tim is an enthusiastic supporter of Clearwater Academy, a school for children that learn differently located in Peachtree City, GA.

Tim O’Connor is an EOS Implementer, and owner of the Terraform Group in Atlanta, GA.

Tim’s parents were entrepreneurs who owned multiple businesses, including a private investigation agency. He claims he couldn’t get away with anything in high school because his parents would always find out. But, he credits his parents with modeling for him what it means to work for yourself and provide financial security for your family as an entrepreneur and business owner.

Jim Cichanski, Founder, President and CEO of Flex HR, Inc., has 35 years experience in human resources, holding senior level positions in companies that were privately held, pre-IPO, foreign owned, joint venture, Fortune 50 and one labeled the “fastest growing F1000 in America.” He has a solid background in high tech, manufacturing, services and management.

Jim’s background in human resources includes organizational process evaluation and improvement, labor laws, integration of businesses, cost reduction, organizational development, and all functional areas of human resources. These include, but are not limited to, Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, Diversity, ERISA, DOL Compliance, Immigration, Learning & Development, Stock Administration, Executive Compensation, Employee Relations, and over 300 Mergers & Acquisitions. His experience includes operational HR management knowledge globally in 32 countries, and he has transitioned companies from 30 to 67,000 employees worldwide. Companies Jim has worked for include Unisys, Novell, Premiere Technologies and PaySys International. Jim is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Jim spent 26 years in the Army National Guard achieving the rank of Colonel. He was inducted into the Officer Candidate School Hall of Fame, and received numerous awards including the Legion of Merit. Jim holds a BA in Applied Behavioral Sciences, is a graduate of the Department of Defense Equal Opportunity Institute, has served on the board of HealthSource of Georgia, and was an inside board member of 17 companies. He is an active member of many HR professional organizations.

Outsourcing Gazette magazine listed Flex HR as the “Top Most Promising HR & Staffing Service Vendors of 2015”. Inc. Magazine, in September 2008, 2012 and 2013, recognized Flex HR, Inc. as one of the Inc 5000 “Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in America”. In 2008, Jim was recognized by the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce as The “Small Business Person of the Year.” Catalyst Magazine recognized Flex HR as “one of 18 companies CEO’s in Atlanta would like to own”.
