
DeeDee Trotter/Taste of Gold Bakery
DeeDee Trotter is the owner of Taste of Gold Bakery. After competing 13 years as an Olympic Track & Field athlete, DeeDee pursued her dream of becoming a professional pastry chef. At the age of 39, she graduated from the art institute of Atlanta with a perfect 4.0 GPA, which earned her Valedictorian and Top Pastry Students honors.
DeeDee is now living her dream as the Executive Pastry Chef at one of the top golf clubs in Atlanta, as well as the Executive pastry chef of Taste of Gold Bakery. Taste of Gold Bakery was established in 2021. They believe in quality desserts made with real ingredients from scratch. At Taste of Gold Bakery, their motto is Greatness Has a Taste!

Sean Willems is the Haslam Chair in Supply Chain Analytics at the University of Tennessee (Knoxville). He has been a visiting professor of operations management at the MIT Sloan School of Management since 2016. His work has led to finalist selections for the 2003, 2010, and 2017 Franz Edelman Award for Achievement in Operations Research and the Management Sciences. Sean has been a finalist in 2006, 2008 and 2012 for the Daniel H. Wagner Prize for Excellence in Operations Research Practice. His work on inventory placement under non-stationary demand won the Wagner Prize in 2008.

Mr. Harrison is responsible for the company’s corporate strategy and direction as well as its operations including development, sales, marketing, services, customer programs, alliances and channels. His career in supply chain operations began over 25 years ago on the loading dock of a TrueValue warehouse.
PJ Jakovljevic serves as Principal Industry Analyst for Technology Evaluation Centers (TEC). He is an internationally recognized enterprise applications market guru with extensive knowledge of leading enterprise software vendors, products, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
Scott W. Luton is the founder of Supply Chain Now Radio and also serves as Managing Partner for TalentStream. He has worked extensively in the end-to-end Supply Chain industry for more than 15 years, appearing in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Dice and Quality Progress Magazine.
