Jessica Rantamaki serves as the Business Development Specialist for Geo-Hydro Engineers. She resides in Gwinnett County and is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Gwinnett. She is currently pursuing a degree in Public Administration at Georgia Gwinnett College and hopes to enroll in law school. She is active in several organizations including Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia, CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women), Urban Land Institute, and is a Chairman’s Club member with the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. She serves on numerous Boards of Directors including the Aurora Theatre, Water Tower Gwinnett, while also volunteering at Annandale Village.

With over 36 years of community development and banking experience, Deirdra Cox, Founder and President of 
Laura is a Principal in the Audit and Advisory department with 
Michelle Kang is a first generation Korean American. She immigrated to Georgia in 1992 and has since become a U.S. citizen by naturalization. Since obtaining her Master of Public Administration from the University of Georgia in 2009, she has been serving the Korean American community and business community in the region with her various positions in several organizations including:
