Krisztina Bell/Virtually Staging Properties

Krisztina Bell is a professional home stager and got into the business after receiving herrealtor license about 10 years ago. Krisztina’s niche market is the staging of vacant properties listed for sale. She, along with her husband, pioneered a new marketing tool called “virtual staging” that they offer nationwide and in Canada. Her company, Virtually Staging Properties, is a patent-pending process that digitally transforms any photo of a vacant home into a beautifully “staged” home using images of REAL furnishings and decor. 90% of home buyers search for their next home online and 85% of those buyers say it’s the photos that are the most important factor when deciding to go view a home. Krisztina developed this process for agents and sellers as an economical marketing tool that creates more attractive photos online, instantly drives buyer traffic and sells vacant properties faster.

Philip Jones/Worlds of the Crystal Moon: Ascendants of Ancients Sovereign

Phillip E. Jones was born in Raleigh, North Carolina in 1971. At the age of five, he was sent to Colorado to be raised by his Aunt Judy where he spent the majority of his youth in Empire. At the age of 14, Judy took Phillip to Broomfield, CO. This was where he spent the rest of his teen years attending Broomfield High School until he graduated in 1990 and then went on to join the United States Navy and served for five years as an air traffic controller.

Now residing in Las Vegas, NV, Phillip Jones began writing the Worlds of the Crystal Moon series in 2007 after he awoke from a nightmare. His dream was so vivid and such a compelling story that he sat down and wrote the first 80 pages in 36 hours. After selling 40,000 copies in Costco stores in 4 states and other outlets, Phillip joined forces with a team of investors to plan a worldwide release. Phillip has also worked with a number of highly qualified editors over the last year and a half to refine the story into the three book series that was released December 10, 2012.

As Creative Director for the WOTCM, Phillip plans to write three additional novels to complete his portion of the overall expansion of the Worlds of the Crystal Moon. Further, there will be offshoot stories that will be written by other authors who know the history of the WOTCM. These prequels will complement what Phillip has written, and they will make the Worlds of the Crystal Moon a massive, ongoing project. It is Phillip’s desire to see the Worlds of the Crystal Moon grow into a thriving franchise that owns hundreds of novels that are based on the storyline Phillip established. Scifi/Fantasy readers throughout the world will enjoy the Worlds of the Crystal Moon.

Worlds of the Crystal Moon: Ascendants of Ancients Sovereign:

Wars Ignite-Worlds Crumble-Souls Ascend After the conclusion of the Great Destruction of Everything Known, a new reality was created by a group of self-proclaimed gods who united and called themselves the Farendrite Collective. These beings range from prideful seekers of recognition,Bassorine (God of War), to devious manipulators of circumstance like Lasidious(God of Mischief). Amidst the carnage, three humans were spared the devastation that befell earth. Now, they wake to unfamiliar surroundings, Southern Grayhamis their new home, and they must save a world that is about to suffer the same fate as their planet. Sam Goodrich was a world-renowned doctor who fought an inner-demon that lurked within the deepest shadows of his mind. Sam always had to balance his commitment to the Hippocratic Oath against his desire to inflict pain inside the cages of mixed martial arts. Shalee Adamson was an unselfish, beautiful, stubborn, yet witty and loving woman who wanted to save the less fortunate.George Nailer was a self-proclaimed King of Deception whose only love was his daughter Abbie. With the fate of every being who lives on the worlds governed by the Crystal Moon in their hands, these three imperfect souls will be forced to live in service to the gods—a service the gods claim respects free will. With all lines blurred, welcome to the fantasy and chaos that is the Worlds of the Crystal Moon.www.worldsofthecrystalmoon.com

Atlanta CEO Council Featured on Burr & Forman’s Results Matter Radio

On Tuesday February 19, 2013, Burr & Forman Partner Greg Harley and Elizabeth Gordon, host of Results Matter Radio on Business RadioX®, were joined by Glenn McGonnigle, General Partner at TechOperators, Raj Rajan, Co-Founder of Virima and Peter Baron, a Principal of Carabiner Communications to talk about the Atlanta CEO Council which focuses on the tech sector in Atlanta and to drill down into the current business climate in that sector.

For more than 10 years, the Atlanta CEO Council has provided an exclusive opportunity for technology company C-level executives to connect.  The organization invites tech executives to exclusive events for the purpose of developing relationships, promoting entrepreneurship and investing in the community.

Palaniswamy “Raj” Rajan is co-founder of Virima, the world’s first IT Business Operations Automation software and a former Chairman of the Board for the Atlanta CEO Council. Prior to starting up Virima, Mr. Rajan was the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Vigilar, Inc, a leading network security technology firm. A highly versatile entrepreneur, he has co-founded several ventures, including eLaunchpad, an early-stage venture capital firm/incubator focusing on Internet infrastructure and network security technologies, Emerald Systems, a boutique technology consulting firm, and ResourcIS, an IT recruiting firm. Mr. Rajan serves on the Board of Directors of the above companies and on the advisory boards of several early-stage technology firms nationwide. During the interview Raj explained the need for C level execs to meet with their peers and talked about how valuable the organization has been to him.

Glenn McGonnigle agreed saying, “the job of a CEO is a lonely job.” He further explained that no matter how much you like your management team and employees there are just things you should not discuss with them.

Glenn is a General Partner at TechOperators, an early stage investment group that focuses on applying capital and the practical experience of its partners to help entrepreneurs build great technology companies. Prior to launching TechOperators, Glenn was Chairman and CEO of Atlanta-based VistaScape Security Systems and was a Co-Founder and top executive of Atlanta-based Internet Security Systems (ISS) where he helped raise initial venture capital and launch the business.

Peter Baron, a Principal with Carabiner Communications, also joined the discussion and added his views from a marketing and PR perspective. He explained that the Atlanta CEO Council is a “true peer group” and the while many networking events are too big and “too full of people trying to sell you something,” Atlanta CEO Council is designed and operated to facilitate solid relationships that will truly help businesses grow and executives flourish.

To learn more about the Atlanta CEO Council and the members featured on the show, listen to the complete interview on the Results Matter Radio page for Business RadioX®.
