Here come all those holiday parties and the key to surviving them is to eat first before you get there – do not go to a party hungry. And then when you are at the party just take a taste. Instead of a whole dessert – just take a bite. Remember your stomach is normally the size of a one liter bottle but it can stretch to the size of a gallon milk jug. Don’t test its limits. Avoid those cheese cubes and desserts – you can consume close to 1000 calories in a blink eating those foods. Remember just because food is free doesn’t mean you have eat everything – you are not a bear getting ready to hibernate for the Winter.
