In her toolbelt she has a level to remind you to maintain your mood in order to battle the negative talk that goes through your mind. She also has a referee whistle to make sure you give yourself a time out when you feel overwhelmed; she even has a knife to remind you to get rid of that excess baggage that is holding you back.
