Even though Dr Fitness wouldn’t be caught dead eating shrimp he found this recipe for you. Defrost about a pound of medium frozen shrimp. Don’t forget to de-vein them. Add tomatoes, scallions, assorted veggies and romaine lettuce and a fresh bright green peeled avocado. Then mix in a balsamic vinegar and garlic.
