winning author and fitness trainer. Her blog is popular and informative – she is even part of the Oprah Virtual Digital Blogging Network. Today Carla answered about a dozen fitness questions we received from the Twitterverse. Here is a quick recap of some of her answers: never stretch cold, attitude is everything, pay attention to your rate of perceived exertion, try swimming for people with knee problems, consistency is critical with your cardio, beef jerky is a great power snack, identify your specific language of encouragement – everyone needs support a little differently, and remember for good health you must: stretch, do your cardio, lift weights and eat clean.
