Michael O’Brien serves as Senior Content Manager for Multichannel Merchant and Lead Programmer for the Ecommerce Operations Summit. Mike has worked in journalism and communications for more than 30 years.
In his current role at Multichannel Merchant he is responsible for producing and managing editorial content across website, e-letters, reports, webinars and podcasts covering all aspects of ecommerce. As lead programmer for Ecommerce Operations Summit he is also responsible for all aspects of the event’s agenda, including speaker recruitment.
Prior to MCM he was a public relations senior account executive working with clients in marketing and advertising services. Mike has also worked as a media relations consultant for a startup nonprofit concert promoter, a research analyst covering corporate training and a daily newspaper reporter on a variety of city beats.

Scott W. Luton is the founder of Supply Chain Now Radio and also serves as Managing Partner for TalentStream. He has worked extensively in the end-to-end Supply Chain industry for more than 15 years, appearing in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Dice and Quality Progress Magazine.
Scott currently serves as Executive Vice President of APICS Atlanta, was recently named a 2019 Pro to Know in Supply Chain by Supply & Demand Executive. He served on the 2018 Georgia Logistics Summit Executive Committee and currently serves as Chair of the 2019 Atlanta Supply Chain Awards Planning Committee. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) credential.
As a Veteran of the United States Air Force, Scott also volunteers on the Business Pillar for VETLANTA, and maintains active membership in the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance & CSCMP Atlanta Roundtable.
