Chris Prefontaine has had multiple careers within the real estate industry over more than 25 years. During the 1990s, he built more than a hundred single-family homes. From 1994-2000, he owned a Realty Executives franchise in Massachusetts, before selling his real estate brokerage to Coldwell Banker. He crafted and created 3 of these hotels in Atlanta to include the Four Seasons Atlanta in Midtown.

He served as the CEO of the Atlanta Economic Development Corporation in the mid-80s with Mayor Andrew Young as Chairman and was selected as one of Atlanta’s Five Outstanding Young Men. He recently completed his first book on Angel Investing published by Deeds Publishing of Athens, GA and has lectured across the country on entrepreneurial finance, valuation, and Hotel finance.

Bryant lives currently in Big Canoe, a gated mountain community just north of Atlanta and is active in Buckhead Rotary and is the immediate past Chair of the Finance Committee of the Big Canoe Chapel. He is married to the former Vivian Deems Ellis of Dalton, GA and combined, they have 6 children and 4 grandchildren.
