As Executive Chef of Seven Lamps, Drew Van Leuvan oversees all aspects of the restaurant including supervising culinary development and ensuring the kitchen is operating at its peak performance on a daily basis. With close to 20 years of culinary experience to draw from, his goal is to have Seven Lamps recognized among Atlanta’s best restaurant and bar programs and to bring a neighborhood establishment to the Buckhead restaurant scene.

Van Leuvan began cooking while enrolled at the University of Massachusetts. He quickly realized cooking was his passion and went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in 2000. After graduation, Van Leuvan perfected his skills while apprenticing under some of the world’s best chefs including Jean Louis Palladin, Guenter Seeger, Wylie Dufresne, Joel Antunes, Sam Mason and Chef Mark Dommen. In 2004, Van Leuvan served as Executive Chef at Atlanta’s acclaimed Toast restaurant where he was recognized as a “Chef on the Rise” by Food & Wine magazine. Following his stint at Toast, Van Leuvan became Executive Chef at Spice restaurant where he received three stars from both the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Creative Loafing. In 2006, Chef Van Leuvan was appointed Executive Chef of Saga restaurant where he received the “Rising Star Award” from StarChefs.com and “Most Memorable Plate of 2007” from Creative Loafing. Van Leuvan began working with Concentrics Restaurants in 2008, helping with the opening of the Midtown gastropub TAP as well as Room at TWELVE Centennial Park, before becoming Executive Chef at ONE. midtown kitchen. He was previously the owner of hand-made pasta Pan De Mie Pasta Company. Van Leuvan is a member of the Jean Louis Palladin Foundation, Slow Food and Chefs Collaborative.

Outside of the kitchen, Van Leuvan enjoys spending time with his daughter, Kayden. He also enjoys building most anything, working in his garden and utilizing his homegrown vegetables in his dishes. Skye Estroff is the marketing and media manager for Atlanta’s largest food festival, Taste of Atlanta. Since co-founding IMAGINEAIR, Ben Hamilton has led the company through continuous year-over-year growth in his mission to bring private aviation to the masses, with over $16M in revenue and 5 Million passenger miles flown to date. Prior to launching IMAGINEAIR, Ben served as President of Georgia Tech’s Yellow Jacket Flying Club of more than 200 members, and was a flight instructor with exceptional success instructing students, faculty and alumni. Ben is a licensed Airline Transport Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor with Multi-Engine, Single-Engine, and Instrument Ratings. He holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech and an M.B.A from Emory University.

As Flight Operations Manager, Alex Teodorescu ensures that all aspects of the company’s flight operations maintain the high levels of safety, quality and professionalism that have become synonymous with the name IMAGINEAIR. Prior to his involvement with IMAGINEAIR, Alex served as Assistant Manager of Radu Physical Culture in New York, helping to oversee the operation of two facilities, one in New York City and the other on Long Island.

Alex earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering with Honors from Georgia Tech and holds a commercial pilot license with multiengine, single-engine, and instrument ratings. At Georgia Tech, Alex also served as the Crew Chief of two aircraft and as the Vice President of Maintenance on the Executive Committee. In his free time, Alex enjoys the outdoors, rock climbing, caving, mountain biking, freediving, and skydiving.

Shaun M Mathis is an Atlanta based writer, director, producer and is the co-owner of Laconic Productions. Shaun has written & directed two award winning web series, “Threesome” and “Rich Brothers”, that have won a combined 27 film festivals and have over 200,000 YouTube views. In addition, in 2015 Shaun co-wrote & co-produced the short film, “Take Over Your Trap”, starring Grammy nominee 2 Chainz, that premiered at the 2016 SXSW Film Festival. Currently, Shaun is working on several new projects and teaches screenwriting with Atlanta’s Bridge17 Scriptwriters Studio & The Writer’s Room.

Justin Toulon, co-founder of Laconic Productions, doubles as the ever-adaptable lead Director of Photography and endlessly clever Editor. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from LIU C.W. Post, May 2011 in Film, and his Master’s of Business Administration from Dowling College, May 2013. His initial passion in film was to be an editor until stepping behind the camera and being a Director of Photography as well. Justin worked for the top-rated television show “Inside Edition” as a Junior Editor until July 2014 when he moved to Atlanta, Georgia. Justin runs the Atlanta branch of Laconic Productions. Since arriving in Atlanta, Justin has been behind the lens for many music videos, films, and web series.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Jemonique Miller, also known as Jem, received her Bachelors of Arts in Communications and Media Studies with a concentration in film production from Clayton State University. She began working in the sports broadcasting field working on productions such as “Thursday Night Football” and “The Final Four Games,” but soon crossed over to film working on the hit web series “Threesome” and “The Single Life” Season 2. She has worked on many other projects as assistant director and continues to build her portfolio and resume as a future director.

More than 20 years ago, Eric Seidel took his 25-plus years in the newsroom to the corporate boardroom. He has worked with some of the nation’s and world’s largest corporations and on their biggest projects. Eric helped prepare the top executives of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co. during their successful competition for the world’s largest defense contract in history, the Joint Strike Fighter (F-35), and he worked with executives of Southern Nuclear Operating Co. as they made preparations to become the first U.S. utility in decades to be licensed for new nuclear generators by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Eric also prepared Chevron executives for major media opportunities in the Far East and South America.

During his broadcast news and programming career, Eric hired and developed nationally syndicated radio/TV hosts, Sean Hannity and Clark Howard. He’s captured major awards, including the International Programming Award, a national Sigma Delta Chi/Society of Professional Journalists Award and several Radio-TV News Director Association Edward R. Murrow Awards.

Eric graduated the renowned University of Missouri School of Journalism. He’s worked in several major media markets, including New York City, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Baltimore and his native Washington, DC, where he was the U.S. Supreme Court Correspondent for CNN. Ericka Boussarhane is known as the Oprah of the Paranormal . Ericka was born in Pensacola, Florida. She comes from a family of female psychics. Her early experiences with the paranormal frightened her. While attending college, she began developing to her intuition as she studied psychology. She eventually began working in psychology and later went on to open two child care facilities.

She began reading Tarot and channeling professionally in 2004 in new age stores, psychic festivals, and on TV.
