Larry-and-Doni-Smith-Life-And-MoneyAs trainers, motivational speakers and authors, Doni and Larry Smith with Love and Money Hacks help people achieve financial freedom and communicate effectively with their partner… changing the world one hack at a time!

Have you ever struggled with money, or had relationships that leave you feeling empty? It is easy for us to understand because we have been there! We are not strangers to financial burdens and struggles!

We have had massive credit card debt, a car repossessed and borrowed money from one credit card to pay the minimum payment on another credit card. Larry even filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in 1989. We have been married and divorced. So, we know what it is like to struggle as well.

We have taken our “former lives” and transcended them into “new lives”. It all started when we became self employed! It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. It was such an honor to be inducted into the millionaire‘s club in our business after earning our first million in less than five years. Today the only debt we have is our mortgage and RV, and our net worth is in the millions!

We have been featured in numerous books, magazines, on radio talk shows, and on TV. Larry has even been featured on Fox Business News for his financial success!

Good judgment comes from experience, but experience comes from bad judgment. So, we must make mistakes in life, to learn lessons, so that we grow into what we want to become. But what if you did not have to make the same mistakes we did? What if you could bypass the mistakes because you got the education from someone who has been there?

We have been coaching and training individuals, families, and businesses for over 25 years AND we want to help YOU! Our financial education and relationship development will help YOU have a better quality of life if you follow our advice. It will SAVE you a tremendous amount of money, by providing the financial education that everybody needs and also how to improve your relationships!

We will provide lessons to you that are simple to understand and implement, and the results can be LIFE CHANGING! We look forward to helping you live LIFE the way it was meant to be lived!
~Doni and Larry Smith

Diets Don’t Work E45

Spendlove-Coaching-Logo

What is intuitive eating? How can we develop a healthy relationship with food? How do we shift our mindset in our eating behavior? How can we feel good about our food choices? If you have ever wondered about any of these questions or ever struggled with diet culture, you should listen to this episode with Brooke Spendlove. She has built her practice around helping others to stop dieting, feel at peace with food, and love their bodies again.

Brooke breaks down what whole person health is and how intuitive eating helps clients let go of the idea of weight loss goals. It’s all about healthy habits and the right mindset. She wants to cancel the diet culture and we couldn’t agree more.

Spendlove Coaching provides clients the path from years of dieting and negative body image to healing their relationship with food and their bodies. Spendlove Coaching is a weight loss neutral coaching program that provides clients with the knowledge and tools to stop dieting for good and start focusing on adding health promoting behaviors into their lives.

With various programs available, as well as 1:1 coaching, Spendlove coaching is a robust offering for anyone who is done looking for the next diet to “fix” them and is ready to start loving who they are, right now.

Brooke-Spendlove-Tycoons-of-Small-BizBrooke Spendlove spent 15 years in the Healthcare IT industry, as an implementation specialist, product manager and content specialist, before deciding that she wanted to be part of the much-needed change in healthcare on a more personal, 1 on 1 basis.

She obtained her master’s degree in Health and Wellness Coaching from Creighton University and started her path to create Spendlove Coaching. What began as a desire to help clients “fix themselves and hit their ideal weight and size”, quickly transformed into a robust coaching program that addresses the reality that 95% of those that lose weight on a diet regain it back (and then some) within a couple of years.

Brooke saw her own obsession with tracking weight and doing everything “right” escalating and knew something had to change. She couldn’t coach clients as she struggled with her own disordered eating. Diving headfirst into Intuitive Eating, Brooke discovered that the best approach isn’t a diet after all. The best approach is healing your relationship with food and your body, embracing the body you have right now and setting goals to incorporate health promoting behaviors into your life, while putting weight loss on the back burner.

Brooke transformed her coaching philosophy and programs to guide clients, on the path to healing their relationship with food and their bodies so that they can stop hating their bodies and begin to trust them again. As an NBC-HWC Health and Wellness Coach, Intuitive Eating Certified Counselor and NASM Personal Trainer, Brooke’s programs focus on a whole person approach to health, addressing the interconnectedness of our health and wellness.

One such value he practices is having a “can-do attitude,” which embodies being mindful, staying connected, and giving back where possible. Another value is the importance of sticking with good business practices; always know where your business stands by forecasting, budgeting, and planning.

Matt shared his interesting experience overcoming adversity and how he stayed true to himself and the brand to move forward. In the end, we are people that need to stay connected however we might do that, and we should remember to be relational and not transactional.

Flipping the Industry- People and Profit with Keyser and beni.fit E7

The conversation with Ash Hachmeister and Noah Barrasso was such an insightful conversation about servant leadership, company culture, and building business relationships. Keyser and beni.fit are both wonderful examples of companies that are turning their industry on its head. Both work in industries that are usually out to just make a buck. So how do you continue to grow a company and make money, while also focusing on the people and what is truly best for them? That’s what they discuss in this conversation.

Both Ash and Noah are doing great things in their companies to not only focus on the needs of the clients/employees, but on making everything easier for them to understand as well. Health insurance can be extremely difficult to understand but Ash and his team are there to truly help the individuals pick the plans and options that are best for them because it is not a one size situation. Speaking of size, Noah is there to not only help explain things on the corporate real estate side, but also make sure that the companies they help are really finding the space that is the right size, design, layout and feel to support their company growth and culture.

The listeners are able to get a deeper look into how things work at Keyser when it comes to serving others and how “Being a selfless servant is the most selfish thing to do for your business.” These topics of culture, growth, support, and business relations builds and draws the conversation. beni.fit is flipping their industry on the head by truly focusing on the benefit needs of the employees and making sure they are getting the benefits support they truly need. This is a great show for folks to listen to if they want to understand the benefits of selfless service and even hear ways to start activating this in their own lives. This is also a great opportunity to hear from companies that are not doing things “the same old way.” They have changed their industries for the better and they are not keeping it a secret about how they are doing this- so listen in!

With a focus on the needs of tenants, Keyser exclusively represents occupiers of space and assist them with their commercial real estate needs including leasing, purchasing, constructing or disposing of facilities. We specialize in helping companies leverage their real estate buying power to secure incentives and attract today’s work force, all while reducing cost and risk.

Whether it’s managing a global portfolio of office and industrial leases, helping a retail franchise brand roll out locations nationally, negotiating sites for specialty healthcare clinics, assisting rapidly growing technology companies with their expansion, or helping with our clients’ data center strategy and space needs, our advisors take deep pride in serving and going above and beyond for each of our clients.

Noah-Barrasso-Phoenix-Business-RadioXNoah Barrasso believes in creating a personal experience w/ his clients by serving them in a way which leaves a lasting impression.

Through helping others and creating genuine relationships, Noah is able to truly learn about their culture, their business functions, and what ecosystem is needed to help their company & employees thrive.

From startups to Fortune 500 companies, Noah Barrasso helps companies lease and purchase commercial real estate.
