Stone Payton: [00:00:00] Welcome back to BRX Pro Tips. Lee Kantor and Stone Payton here with you. Lee, you have an assertion, and I certainly agree with it, all business starts with a conversation.
Lee Kantor: [00:00:11] Especially service-based businesses. Remember, you are a human selling to another human and the service is being delivered by another human. So, it’s important to communicate and understand the needs, goals and outcomes that those humans desire. So, it’s important to humanize as much of this process as possible. It’s easy to try to automate every single thing. You want to automate the things you can, but you cannot forget that this is a human-to-human interaction, and you have to want to go on the journey with your clients or don’t take them on as a client. If you don’t want to really immerse yourself into their world and really try to understand and serve them, then it’s going to be very difficult to really deliver on the promises that you’re making. So, remember, you’re a human, they’re human. Human interaction will help keep the client, get the client, and serve the client.
