Stone Payton: [00:00:00] And we are back with BRX Pro Tips. Stone Payton and Lee Kantor here with you. Lee, we got a lot of tools at our disposal as studio partners, as client hosts on the Business RadioX platform. Let’s talk a little bit about one – the power of case studies.
Lee Kantor: [00:00:16] Yeah, we’re very fortunate that we publish all of our work. So, it’s easy to go back in time to show somebody a case study on how effective having a show worked for somebody. So, if you can get a past customer an example of a case study, it’ll help you reactivate a past customer, activate or sell a new customer. But what I would do is talk to a past client about how having the show helped them. And they don’t have to give you a lot of information because you’ve already captured most of the information that validates our model because you can go back and show a history of guests, a bunch of pictures of people that are in the studio standing next to that client. So, you’re demonstrating how effective a tool it is to help a client beat lots of people in their industry.
Lee Kantor: [00:01:07] So, once you do that, then connecting the dots to the effectiveness of the platform as a lever to meet and serve this group of people becomes very easy. So, I would definitely use case studies in your marketing. And I think it’s a great tool to help you reactivate a past customer, a past prospect, or somebody who you’ve talked to in the past that maybe didn’t buy but, now, you have another bit of evidence that validates that this is an effective way for that person to also benefit from leveraging the platform.
