Stone Payton: [00:00:00] And we are back with Business RadioX Pro Tips, Lee Kantor and Stone Payton here with you. Lee, as we are doing this particular Pro Tip, things are a little chaotic. A lot of us are working virtually a great deal more than we ever did before. What counsel, if any, do we have to offer in terms of communicating effectively in a virtual world?
Lee Kantor: [00:00:24] Yeah. Especially in industries, and we’re one of them, that have relied on the advantages of working face-to-face in person with people, we’ve had to make some adjustments. And because of those adjustments, we have to be more intentional and mindful when it comes to communication. So, you got to communicate more often. You got to kind of be more mindful about that kind of communication. You got to check in with your team, your clients, your prospects. You got to show personal interest, get in there, recognize people more, you know, be more vocal about things. And you might have to cast a wider net than usual. This is a different world now. So, you’ve got to lean on the technology and use it for what it’s best at. And you’ve got to make it up in volume when it comes to communication, I believe.
