On this episode of “Wealth Matters”, hosts Adam Gaslowitz and Craig Frankel discuss year-end philanthropy and charitable giving ideas with their guests Pat Renn, Itai Tsur and Justin Sullivan.

Pat Renn/Renn Wealth Management Group

Pat Renn is the founder and president of The Renn Wealth Management Group. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with more than 35 years of experience in counseling high-net-worth individuals, business owners and professionals regarding their financial affairs.

Pat has been president of the Georgia Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and president of the Georgia chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning. He is a member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals, the Atlanta Estate Planning Council and the Georgia Planned Giving Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Villanova University and an MBA from Loyola College. He holds the Advanced Pension Planning certificate from The American College as well as the Investment Management Consultant designation from Raymond James Institute.

Pat served on the board of trustees for Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School and was chair of their Endowment Funds Committee. Pat also served as chair of the Cathedral of St. Philip Endowment Funds and is the current chair of the Episcopal Media Center Endowment. He is past board chair of the Georgia Special Olympics and has served on numerous charitable and professional organization boards.

Itai Tsur/Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta

Itai D. Tsur is the Senior Director of Planned Giving and Endowment (PG&E) at Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. In that capacity, Itai manages and oversees Federation’s endowment, including its stewardship program, policies and procedures, record retention, fund distributions, programming and donor services. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Emory University School of Law, Itai is an experienced attorney who worked for several years in private practice both in New York City and Atlanta prior to entering the world of nonprofit. Itai subsequently earned his MBA from Georgia State University, Robinson College of Business, and draws upon that training in order to guide PG&E’s transition to The Atlanta Jewish Foundation, which is set to launch in early 2016.

Justin Sullivan/PNC Wealth Management

As Vice President and a PNC Wealth Management Investment Advisor, Justin Sullivan develops, communicates and executes tailored investment strategies for clients. He is responsible for managing complex fiduciary, agency and individual retirement accounts, as well as alternative investment product. Justin also works with a team of specialists in financial and estate planning, banking services and trust to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Prior to his current role, Justin was an Investment Advisor with PNC Wealth Management in Philadelphia, PA. He completed a year-long rotational program for emerging wealth management professionals where he acquired industry skills including investments, wealth planning, estate planning and completed rigorous credit training. Justin managed over $120M in assets for his clients in Philadelphia before relocating to Atlanta in 2013.

Justin lives in the Buckhead area of Atlanta and serves on the Board of Directors for the Fulton County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). He enjoys reading, travel, volunteerism and outdoor activities. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance and Economics) degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is also a CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL PLANNER™.
