Hospital CEO Angela Ammons shares her fascinating story of how she turned a small rural hospital on the brink of closing its doors into an accomplished award-winning hospital.

Randy Brunson/Centurion Advisory Group

Randy Brunson is the founding shareholder of Centurion Advisory Group. Randy has invested most of his forty-year career in financial services. He spent several years on the institutional side and had the opportunity to start a successful financial planning firm in 1991. Centurion Advisory Group serves individual and corporate clients, both in Georgia and throughout the country, offering personal and business financial planning, retirement plan design and management, and investment management services.

Randy studied engineering and marketing at UT Chattanooga. Randy currently holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and CKA designation and makes it a priority to stay on top of his knowledge in the financial industry through continuing professional educational opportunities and reading. In addition, Randy has completed studies in qualified plan design, estate planning and business transition planning and he enjoys speaking and writing regularly on these topics.

Angela Ammons/Clinch Memorial Hospital

Located in Southeast Georgia, Clinch Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving Homerville, Clinch County, and surrounding counties. Clinch Memorial was originally founded in 1957 as a 48-bed rural community hospital and moved to a new facility in Homerville in 2007.

Clinch Memorial Hospital combines the innovations of a modern health care system with personalized care in a hometown setting. Their doctors, nurses, medical technicians and support staff understand how important quality healthcare is to residents of South Georgia. The founders of Exodus 36 Creations, Garrett Erath and Brad Scarberry, met in college and discovered a shared love for business and the construction industry. Both moved to the Gwinnett area with their families and e36 was born where all great companies start… in a garage.

What started as a weekend side hustle making furniture, grew into some custom carpentry in customers’ homes. As the reputation of the organization grew, so did the demand for minor interior renovations. From there, the projects and demand continued to grow. Today e36 is quickly becoming one of Georgia’s premier design build firms specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and full home renovation.
