Past Guests Revisited: Dr. James Connelly of Results Rehab, Terry Lakritz and Christopher James of The Odd Couple Roofing Specialists, and Jacqueline Jensen of EOS Worldwide (Family Business Radio, Episode 76)
Host Anthony Chen welcomes back past guests Dr. James Connelly of Results Rehab, Terry Lakritz and Christopher James of The Odd Couple Roofing Specialists, and Jacqueline Jensen of EOS Worldwide for a special “past guests revisited” episode of Family Business Radio. The conversation follows how their businesses have grown since their earlier appearances but also how their personal lives have changed through marriage, children, family transitions, and new priorities.
Dr. James Connelly shares how launching Results Rehab during COVID led to a flexible, one-on-one physical therapy practice built around more profound client relationships and family life. Terry Lakritz and Christopher James revisit the unlikely origin of The Odd Couple Roofing, their commitment to educating homeowners, and Christopher’s upcoming wedding. Jacqueline Jensen discusses her journey from leading a family business to becoming an EOS Implementer, how the Entrepreneurial Operating System helps business owners create clarity and accountability, and the full-circle experience of preparing to welcome her first child.
The guests also reflect on what they wish they had known earlier in business, including the value of taking action before everything is figured out, learning from others, building strong relationships, and creating systems that support both business growth and family life.
Family Business Radio is underwritten and brought to you by Anthony Chen with Lighthouse Financial Network. The show is produced by John Ray and the North Fulton affiliate of Business RadioX®.
