Jennifer Sherer/Georgia State University Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute

The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute (ENI) at Georgia State University develops leaders who possess the knowledge, skills and confidence to develop, scale and deliver products, services and solutions for the benefit of themselves, their communities and global society. The Institute brings real-world concepts and experiences to those passionate about creating their own businesses and social ventures, working for a startup or bringing entrepreneurial skills to an existing organization. Through experiential coursework and a variety of co-curricular activities, students from all backgrounds learn how to address problems with creative solutions and confidently apply innovative approaches to their work regardless of their field of study.

Christy Tyldesley/CoZzzy Comfy

Founder Christy Tyldesley started the company in 2008. CoZzzy Comfy is a full-service fundraising management organization that provides support and logistics for groups large and small. As a mother of three adopted children, the organization was especially focused on families and children involved in adoption and foster care. Over the past 10 years, the business has evolved, resulting in their groups raising over ONE MILLION dollars for schools, athletic organizations and various groups. As experts in this industry, CoZzzy Comfy is poised to continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Gregg Burkhalter/”The LinkedIn Guy”

Gregg Burkhalter is a recognized authority on personal branding and LinkedIn. He has helped countless professionals in the U.S. and abroad define and grow their personal brand using LinkedIn.

Gregg spent the first part of his professional career behind the microphone at radio stations in Savannah, Jacksonville, Charleston, and Atlanta. Following his radio years, Gregg worked in national music marketing and distribution.

Today, Gregg is known by many as “The LinkedIn Guy”. He provides personal branding coaching and LinkedIn training via one-on-one and group training sessions, corporate presentations, and webinars. He is also a frequent speaker at civic and chamber events and area universities.

Jackie Davis/Georgia State University Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute

Jackie Davis is the Associate Director for the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute (ENI) at Georgia State University’s (GSU) J. Mack Robinson College of Business where she contributes to the Institute’s vision, strategy, marketing, and co-curricular efforts. She is also the faculty advisor for GSU’s Chapter Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization (CEO) and the E-House Living Learning Community (LLC).

In her tenure with ENI, Jackie has helped grow Georgia State’s entrepreneurship programs beyond the classroom. She has established and overseen the planning and facilitation of over 30 co-curricular events a year that extend beyond the university’s academic programs in entrepreneurship. She also created the E-House LLC, and assisted in the development of the LaunchGSU Student Incubator. As an “intrapreneur”, Jackie enjoys building signature programs for the Georgia State community including, the WomenLead Center and the Women’s Mentoring Program.

Ms. Davis holds a M.Ed. and a B.A in Spanish and International Business from Georgia State University, and she is currently pursuing an M.B.A. at Georgia State.

Brad Taylor/Taylor Built Brands

Taylor Built Brands is a branding, marketing, and sales strategy consultancy based in Roswell. The founder Brad Taylor is a 30-year sales and marketing veteran who spent the last 24 years in marketing and sales leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to that, he gained valuable marketing experience at Pizza Hut and in the advertising agency industry. Brad has been thoroughly trained and has vast experience in consulting on all aspects of brand development/management, digital marketing, and sales management/business development. He is widely known as an “out-of-the-box” thinker and extremely easy to do business with. In addition to consulting small businesses, Brad also teaches branding and marketing classes at Emory University and Kennesaw State University. Brad can help you polish your brand and grow your business.
