She is Vice President of National Programs for the National Association of Women Business Owners Institute for Entrepreneurial Development where she creates and delivers their menu of programs offered to business owners and organizations of all sizes (from start-ups to multi-million-dollar businesses). She facilitates professional mastermind groups across the country to support women leaders in their personal, family and business lives.
As the Executive Director for the Aspiring Youth Academy, Lynda leads an exceptional team focused on serving entrepreneurial youth across Arizona from underserved communities and foster care to help them gain the confidence and skills needed to create their own powerful futures.
Lynda is the national mastermind facilitator and is an executive coach for the Network of Executive Women’s Rising Stars Program, whose mission is advancing all women, growing business and transforming our workplaces through the power of community and gender equality.
She loves the travel that her work and play bring her. On per personal time, you may find her in Corpus Christi, TX with her grandchildren, or in Arizona camping, hiking, being outdoors just about anywhere and likely with her beloved husband and four-legged companions by her side.

In 2017 she received the Dorothy Wiley Award, the highest recognition offered by the YWCA Metropolitan Phoenix, and has been named one of the Most Influential Women in Arizona by Arizona Business Magazine. She just learned she is being honored as the 2022 Growth Leader by Athena Valley of the Sun.
Catherine has written articles published in local and national media, and regularly appears on television, radio and in print and online media outlets. She regularly shares advice about money on The Women’s Eye Podcast.
