Steve has a BA from Berry College, Masters in Economics fro U Freiburg Germany and MBA in International Marketing ASU / Thunderbird.

Justin Walker, with Friendly Human, may have grown up here in Atlanta, but one of his  favorite hobbies is to travel and meet new people. He even met his wife, Janin, in Peru! They live down in Mcdonough, GA now with their son, Liam. This means Walker says goodbye to them at 4 AM every morning to make the 50 mile commute to the office, but it’s absolutely worth it. He absolutely loves changing people’s lives, solving problems, and helping his clients grow! He’s always enjoyed working with his hands and building things, so one of the highlights of working here has been building our last two studios.

Caroline Grimes is a Senior Associate Director of Executive MBA (EMBA) Admissions at the Goizueta Business School of Emory University, where she is responsible for setting the overall strategy in EMBA student recruitment, as well as managing all aspects of the recruiting cycle. In addition to her success in achieving recruiting goals, Caroline has been recognized for her process improvement efforts, high yield success, and strong alumni affinity and engagement. She has also conceptualized and implemented several initiatives that led to increased enrollment from target populations and increased alumni engagement. Prior to her role managing EMBA Admissions, Caroline supported both the Evening (part-time) MBA and EMBA recruiting in key capacities, including establishing and maintaining key corporate relationships and internal and external event management.

Caroline attended Presbyterian College where she earned a BS in Business Administration. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and dogs, and is the owner of a small artisan soap business, Decatur Soapworks.
