This edition of “North Atlanta’s Bizlink” features two GNFCC Women in Business Award Winners for 2019. Lindsey Petrini, Chief Operating Officer of WellStar North Fulton Hospital is the 2019 JenLan Rising Star Award Winner, and Staci Hutto, Atlanta Area Coordinator for Troy University, is the Runner-up for the JenLan Rising Star Award. These exceptional leaders were interviewed by Kali Boatright, CEO of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce and Host of “North Atlanta’s Bizlink.”

The award is named for Jennifer Lan, a young professional and GNFCC member who passed away in 2013, the first year of the Women in Business luncheon. Each year, GNFCC honors young professionals who demonstrate the qualities of a born leader, are relentless in reaching their professional goals; and triumphs over obstacles with the Jen Lan Rising Star Award.

Lindsey Petrini is the Chief Operating Officer of WellStar North Fulton Hospital. WellStar North Fulton Hospital is a 202-bed facility located in Roswell, Georgia. The hospital is recognized for its accredited cancer program, trauma and primary stroke center designations, and for providing a continuum of services through its centers and programs, including neurosciences, pain management, cardiology, women’s services, rehabilitation, surgical services and oncology. Staci Hutto, Area Coordinator, Troy University

**Staci Hutto, Atlanta Area Coordinator, Troy University**

Staci Hutto currently serves as the Area Coordinator for Troy University in Atlanta, Georgia. Staci is a two-time graduate of Troy University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Masters in Public Administration. Staci works each day with students from all walks of life to ensure their enrollment process at TROY is unmatched and unrivaled by any other institution of higher learning.

Mrs. Hutto also oversees the TROY Partnership program, which offers businesses and organizations an opportunity to further their employee’s educational opportunities through TROY. Staci has served in various capacities and functions in higher education for nearly 9 years now. Recently, Mrs. Hutto was the catalyst in moving TROY’s Atlanta office to the North Fulton economic powerhouse. The new location boasts a state of the art facility that encourages creative learning and networking amongst students.

Staci and her husband have two sons and reside in Atlanta Metro area.

Foster Care Support Foundation serves a vital and growing need throughout Georgia by providing free clothing, infant equipment and developmental toys to thousands of children in foster and relative care. Foster Care Support Foundation (FCSF) needs your financial support to meet the needs of thousands of children in foster care and relative foster care, including grandparents raising grandchildren this year. $700,000 is needed this year to maintain the Foster Care Support’s program and continue to provide free basic care items to our children of abuse and neglect. Donations will also support the Hope 4 Tomorrow Mentoring program that partners responsible adults with teens needing guidance and someone to call their friend and guide them through their teen years. Foster Care Support has been in operation for 17 years and has served over 50,000 children with free clothing, toys, school supplies and safe infant care items throughout every county in GA. Kali Kirkham Boatright is the new president and chief executive officer of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. Boatright led the Douglas County Chamber from a near bankrupt organization when she arrived in 2004 to a flourishing business organization with strong financial stability. To accomplish the success, she inspired staff and volunteers to create new sponsorship opportunities and events, as well as a Chairman’s Club for membership investment and community engagement. She has most recently been instrumental in a community-wide economic and community development initiative with elected leaders, business leaders, and non-profit professionals collaborating for change transformation.

Boatright is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management and a Georgia Certified Chamber Executive. In addition to her chamber responsibilities, she currently serves as vice president of the Technical College Foundation Association of Georgia, chair of the Georgia Chamber Small Business Federation on the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, executive board member of the Regional Business Coalition, and member of the WellStar Douglas Regional Health Board. She is a past chair of the Georgia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, founding board member of Brighten Academy Charter School, and past president of the Junior League of Douglas County.

In 2017, Boatright was honored by her peers in the chamber industry when she received the Georgia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives Legacy Award. As the association’s most prestigious award, it recognizes long-term executives who have excelled over a period of years in leading and innovatively building their chamber. The award is based on the demonstration of excellence in areas of chamber leadership, organizational management, service to the profession, community reputation/involvement, and personal attributes.
