Her experience includes over 20 years of experience as a global leader and advisor for the U.S. Federal Government, responsible for cross-team communication and the management of cross-cultural international events.
She has led multicultural teams of up to 35 people and managed events of up to 5,000 attendees.
She met with her husband, a now-retired U.S. Army Officer, during her tenure as Chief of Protocol to the U.S. Ambassador to France and Monaco.

Jay is also a board member and adviser for the German American Chamber of Commerce Arizona and SACC USA, comprising of 19 chambers all of the U.S.

Honorary Swedish Consulate of the State of Arizona and those consulate matters, such as passports, drivers licenses, residence permits and Swedish language proficiency test.
It also promotes trade and business between Sweden and the State of Arizona, and works to spread and inform on Swedish culture, literature and music.
Honorary Consul Lars Lagerman serves as Swedish Consul for the State of Arizona. He has served in this position from 1995 to 2007, and again from 2014 to present.
Mr. Lagerman was born and educated in Sweden before obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Gustavus Adolhus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.
He obtained his law degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson in 1978 and has worked in the areas of real estate development and real estate finance, with a nitch practice in international transactions, practicing most recently at the prominent law firm of Snell and Wilmer L.L.C.



Kristen Call, for the love of technology, has over 20 years’ experience in the retail and payments technologies and has served in a variety of capacities. Achievement highlights include several patents and has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal and Nightline for entrepreneurial endeavors. Out of the ashes of her years of entrepreneurship she took her lessons achieved to continue to build a successful career in software implementations at corporations including NCR, American Express, Pier One and PetSmart. She is also the current residing president for IIBA’s local Phoenix chapter. She is honored to have the privileged of working with so many brilliant people.
Carrie Van Sickle is a Sr. Program Manager with GE Digital. As a member of the Strategic Accounts Delivery team, Carrie is responsible for helping customers worldwide achieve desired outcomes through development and deployment of digital transformation strategies. Carrie received her PMP credential in 2007.
Joe Pusz started THE PMO SQUAD to bring real world PMO Leadership experience to the consulting space and to advocate for Project Management through his blog PMOJOE.com. The old saying is “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” Following this mindset Joe left Corporate America in 2013 to start THE PMO SQUAD and work with fellow Natural Born Project Managers to advance Project Management Best Practices.

Lynda Stanton began her career as a business analyst working on financial systems at Phoenix-based Apollo Education Group. After enjoying varied experience at Apollo, which included internal audit and playing a key role on a PMO for a $13M business transformation project, she moved into the consulting world. As an advisory consultant at PwC, Lynda led efforts to develop an adoption dashboard for a large cloud application implementation and ran the PMO for a $10M+ trade promotion system transformation.

Collaborative and outgoing, Jill is always looking for ways to improve efficiencies and effectiveness, both in her business and with those that she consults with.
