Juan Mejia founded the company in 2016 to feed a need for strategic growth and expansion planning. From there, we expanded our services to offer aid with diversifying and strengthening revenue streams for the organizations. The last piece of the JCMV puzzle was the commercial real estate service. Once the goals are set and met, and organizations are ready to move into a different space, JCM Ventures wanted to bridge language and cultural barriers slowing down the process of site selection.
JCM Ventures has grown to help foreign governments, multi-location users, and large businesses, while still serving small entities.
