Ryan is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and also a United States Army Veteran where he served as a Combat Infantryman and is a Purple Heart recipient.

When Ryan retired from the Army in 2010 he ventured into the entrepreneurial world and became a small business leader and franchise owner/operator.

Ryan has conducted over 200 interviews with business leaders from different industries and from levels of success. Both on the road and in the studio his interviewing style and technique is engaging and very conversational.

Ryan also adds to his skill set ; canine behavioral consultant, promoting safety and responsible pet ownership. He has also earned certificates from the National Personal Training Institute, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, Crossfit Defense, CPR/First Aid, North American Sports Medicine CPT, American Home Inspector Institute, National Outdoor Leadership School.

Currently Ryan is also on staff at Sharp Shooters USA in Roswell, GA where his responsibilities include firearm instructions, sales, and he is a a certified NRA range safety officer.

David Martin, RN received his degree in Nursing in 1980, and since then has worked primarily in the field of cardiovascular medicine. After 10 years in Intensive Care Units and emergency rooms, he became board certified as a Registered Nurse First Assistant, and went to work with heart and chest surgeons as a first assistant both in the operating room and on the wards. One of his responsibilities was the harvesting of saphenous veins for use as conduit in coronary bypass surgery, and in 1994, he became the first in the State of GA to do this using a scope rather than the traditional open incision method. This method has become the standard of care in GA and is now used in virtually every operating room in the country.

In 2002, David founded VEININNOVATIONS as the first facility of its kind in Atlanta to offer every available technique for the treatment of venous insufficiency and varicose/spider veins. A decade later, VeinInnovations is widely regarded as the leader in office-based treatment of venous disease.

As Founder and CEO of Bubba Gump Shrimp Company Restaurants from its inception, Barnett grew that internationally known brand to over 40 restaurants and $250 million in revenues. After selling the company in 2011, he worked as Senior Adviser with Pulo Run Capital Partners, an Asia-based Investment Bank and Private Equity firm in Hong Kong.
