Colette Varco is a Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice and has been with the firm for nearly 5 years. Previously, Colette worked in public education and with Alvarez & Marsal Tax and LLC (A&M), where she worked with the Real Estate tax group on multi-tiered flow-through partnerships and with high-net-worth individuals. 

Her range of experience includes federal and state tax compliance and consulting services. While at A&M, Colette was also involved with mentoring new associates and recruiting at local colleges.

Alexis Mitchell is a Tax Supervisor in the Alpharetta office specializing in pass-throughs. She has been with Frazier & Deeter since 2015.
