Kerry Armstrong has served on the Atlanta Regional Commission since 2008, and is currently serving his second term as the ARC Board Chairman. During his tenure on the ARC Board he served on numerous Commission Committees and as Co-Chair of the Atlanta Regional Workforce Development Board.
Professionally, as a Managing Director – Development Partner with Pope & Land Real Estate, Armstrong is involved in the development, marketing, leasing, and management of commercial real estate investments. He joined Pope & Land in 2012, and his commercial real estate career spans three decades
He is also actively involved in numerous civic, educational, and charitable organizations. He is the Chairman of the North Fulton Community Improvement District, and was recently appointed by the Speaker of the House of the Georgia General Assembly to serve on the State of Georgia’s Partnership for Public Facilities and Infrastructure Act Guidelines Committee. He serves as a Director and Past Chair of the Council for Quality Growth, as a Director and Past Chair of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and is a Director for the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. Armstrong also serves on the board of the Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation, The ATO Foundation and the Richmond Property Group. He is the current Chairman of the Administrative Council and serves on the Finance Committee of his church.

Jackie Gibbs is the retired Fire Chief for the City of Marietta, GA. Jackie served in Marietta for 41 years with the last 18 years as the Fire Chief. Jackie is a native of Marietta, attending Marietta City Schools and Southern Technical Institute in Marietta, now a part of Kennesaw State University. He received an Associate Degree in Fire Science Technology and a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering Technology. As a firefighter, Jackie rose through the ranks from firefighter to Fire Chief with assignments in suppression, training and fire prevention. Over his career he has help numerous positions in professional regional, state and international fire associations. He currently serves as the First Responder/Emergency Services Consultant at Applied Information.
