You can use the ice as filler to make a larger quantity but try and use frozen fruit in your smoothie as the base. If you want to give your smoothie an ice cream taste then add some milk and vanilla extract. And if you’re really living on the edge add some cashews into the blender – go nuts for added protein. And it explains that you don’t have to join a gym when you are first starting out – in fact when he works out with his celebrity clients they never work out in a gym. He said that even if you can’t afford a trainer you can get in shape if you have the motivation – the real reason you are taking this on. You also need the information – you need a structured workout plan. But what you don’t need is lots of expensive equipment. Cornel’s best fitness tip was that you should never treat exercise as something you do in your spare time – you must make it a priority if you want to get the health benefits of an active lifestyle.
