Dave Ward joined Tommy Nobis Center in October 2015 as President & CEO. Dave is a servant leader with more than 29 years of experience in the nonprofit field. He has a proven history of programmatic and organizational success with a strong focus on building new programs from the ground up, and he is passionate about changing lives and advancing the mission of Tommy Nobis Center. Prior to joining Tommy Nobis Center, Dave served as Executive Vice President of Mental Health and Family Services for the Wounded Warrior Project after serving as Warriors To Work Director and Economic Empowerment Executive Vice President. In addition, Dave has held roles as Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Regional Director of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Regional Vice President of Best Buddies International. Dave spent six years with the Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities in Ohio and was once a licensed psychotherapist providing home-based counseling to at-risk youth. He is also a board member of GATES (Georgia Association of Training, Employment and Support). Dave’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in sociology and criminal justice from Bluffton College and a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from Bowling Green State University. A native of Bowling Green, Ohio, Dave now resides in Acworth with his wife, Priscilla, their son Cohen, their daughter Callie and their Saint Bernard, Mitchell. During football season, Dave can be found passionately cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Dr. Tao-Yang Han is the Chairman of Board and President of IronCAD, LLC. He co-founded IronCAD in 2001 to focus in providing the best innovative and collaborative design solutions software for manufacturing industry. Since its incorporation IronCAD has grown business in the world-wide market through its 50+ distributors cross America, Europe, and Asia. Following its success in 3D design solutions for manufacturing industry IronCAD is expanding its solution offers to factory automation. Prior to founding IronCAD, Dr. Han was the Chief Technology Officer of Alventive, where he defined corporate technology strategy and designed the overall architecture for supply chain design collaboration solutions. Dr. Han is the inventor of several patented key technologies in the Compute-Aided Design (CAD) industry. Dr. Han was a visiting professor at National Taiwan University from 1987 – 1989. Chris Peterson, CPA, MTX – Chris joined CB Smith & Associates in July 2017 as Tax Manager. He has more than 20 years’ experience in tax planning and compliance for businesses and business owners. Chris helps to achieve results for clients by improving cash flow and income, lowering tax burdens through proactive planning and reducing debt.

Chris received a Master of Taxation with specialization in corporate and partnership taxation and a Master of Professional Accountancy with specialization in accounting information systems from Georgia State University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in public accounting and finance from Georgia Southern University.

John has been in a sales and management role since his University of Arizona days. He began his management career in the retail environment until he launched his real estate career in the early ’80s in Tucson.

He was then promoted to Regional Manager and finally to VP and General Manager for that same organization. In 2005 John retired from the organization. In early 2006 John was asked to consult with two real estate brokerages in Phoenix to help them increase their overall growth and profitability, which he did until he was recruited by a national real estate company in late 2006 to establish and grow their real estate brokerage business in the southwest United States holding the position of VP and General Manager for that company.

In 2012 John joined Realty Executives Tucson Elite in a leadership role and has been a driving force in the growth of Realty Executives in Southern Arizona from one office to 10 and from 45 agents to over 400. In 2017 Realty Executives Tucson Elite closed 4,500 transaction sides and over $900 million in business in Southern Arizona.

Jensen holds a University of Arizona master’s degree in public health and has worked in marketing, communications and healthcare administration.
