Keary manages a team of city staff, consultants, and contractors to deliver transportation system improvements throughout the city of Atlanta. Keary has over 25 years of combined civil, transportation, and intelligent mobility engineering experiences with both the public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a transportation specialization from Southern Polytechnic State University.
