In his previous roles as COO and Business Development/Sustainability Director at Filta, Rob contributed to the company’s impressive growth from $12 million to over $100 million in annual revenue, and led the company through the COVID-19 pandemic with resilience and innovation.

He also built and maintained relationships with national accounts such as Compass, Aramark, Sodexo, and Centerplate, increasing sales at franchise, regional, and national levels.

Bryan-ParkBryan Park grew up in south Denver. He attended the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO and served this country after graduation. Like most who serve, Bryan’s military experience strengthened his belief in, and commitment to, integrity, duty and leadership.

When Bryan and wife Kelli settled in Littleton, Colorado they started a family…three rambunctious girls and two very big dogs. It was then, Bryan noticed that the flooring industry in Denver was highly inefficient and unscrupulous. It was nearly impossible to find providers who worked with a true sense of honesty and fairness.

Changing this was not only an opportunity for Bryan, it was practically a calling. “Putting the customer first and creating an impeccable reputation in this industry was Job #1,” says Bryan, about his goals for his future flooring company in Denver. He named it Footprints Floors, and created a unique company structure that promoted the best in people, products and business practices. Footprints-Floors-logo

Bill McPherson joined the AlphaGraphics leadership team in September 2018. Prior to AlphaGraphics, Bill served for six years as Executive Director of Development for FirstLight Home Care in Cincinnati, OH. Bill graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) with his Finance Degree from California State University, Northridge.

After college, Bill was recruited by Baxter Healthcare where he served in finance and accounting roles in CA and IL during a three-year period. Bill entered the franchise industry in 1990 and has served in a variety of increasing leadership roles with different brands in retail, services, B2B, B2C, and healthcare.

For eight years, he served as Vice President of Development for FASTSIGNS International. While there, he was the catalyst that grew the system from 225 locations to over 500 locations in six countries.

Today he manages two brands under the MBE portfolio: AlphaGraphics and PostNet International.
