Cathy Droz is the Founder of HER Certified and Co-Founder of Smart Women Series USA based in Phoenix, Arizona. An author of a book ” A Woman’s Guide to Buying a Car with Confidence and Street Smarts” for the everyday consumer with women in mind.

She has designed a training program for the auto industry teaching from the top down how to sell to women and how to raise the customer service index from women a very crucial component for the success and growth of a dealer organization.

Cathy has most recently joined forces with Joseph Rosales, the President of The Performance Group of Arizona, a seasoned professional in teaching auto dealers how to best serve their customers.
