Kevin Ford & Stephanie Moyer/Insperity

More than 28 years ago, Insperity CEO Paul Sarvadi envisioned making business owners’ lives easier by taking HR and administrative burdens off their plates. So he decided to start a company with little more than 600 square feet of space and one telephone. Since then, Insperity has grown into a $2.3 billion debt-free company with 57 offices nationwide as a result of helping clients reach their goals.

Their business model is simple. They’re dedicated to helping businesses succeed by taking care of the things that could be distracting you from the bigger picture. They do this by helping you control expenses, minimize risk exposure, and maximize your opportunities for revenue generation. Through their flagship HR service, Insperity Workforce Optimization, they help you tackle healthcare reform. They also provide everything you need to grow your business, from large company benefits to payroll processing, while managing employer liability and compliance issues.

David Wilkins/Maid Right of Duluth

Maid Right of Duluth is a different type of home cleaning service. One big difference is that the Maid Right of Duluth cleaners are not hourly workers – they are the business owners. Take comfort in knowing the same reliable and trustworthy cleaning crew will clean on each visit. At Maid Right of Duluth, they customize a house cleaning plan to fit their clients’ unique needs and busy lifestyle. Personal attention to detail, a thorough cleaning regimen, and a commercially-tested process translates into superior maid services for your home. Maid Right of Duluth is proud to be a certified Trust Dale company

Profitability Revolution Paradigm

Profitability Revolution Paradigm

This week we hosted Ruth King, CEO/Founder of Profitability Revolution Paradigm, a New Media, internet-based TV station in the Atlanta area.  The focus of the content, which now runs 24/7/365, is on information that will help business owners better manage their small businesses and achieve maximum profitability.  Ruth, who has started and built at least 7 businesses over the last 30 years, shared common mistakes and misperceptions business owners have that can leave them blind to the true financial status of their companies.  One of these mistakes occurs when business owners don’t review their balance sheet each month to insure data is correctly entered and key financial indicators are showing positive trends.  By performing this simple procedure, which literally takes minutes, the entrepreneur can identify negative trends or opportunities to improve efficiencies that lead to greater profitability.

Ruth talked about her book, The Courage to Be Profitable, published in 2013.   In her book she shows entrepreneurs the activities they should make routine that will take them ~30 mins./month that will make them better able to make decisions about their business.  She covers the difference between cash and profits, talks about important ratios found on the Profit & Loss sheet or Balance sheet that indicate the health of the business, and many other important factors that a business own can benefit from knowing about.  Ruth shared some descriptions of the types of shows airing on the network as well as the subscription-based instructional content available on their site, profitabilityrevolution.com.

Matthew White with TalentQuest joins Joe Moss to discuss the importance of hiring the right employees and creating leaders to help your business succeed.

Matthew White/TalentQuest

???????????????????????????????Talent Management. Simplified. In the world of talent management, weaving together strategy, process and technology can be an elusive quest. Achieving the best results from talent management solutions requires outstanding technology and consulting expertise.

Most talent management software vendors aren’t equipped to meet this essential need. They simply cannot provide the integrated consulting services and support with the technology needed to bring your talent initiatives to life and deliver results across the spectrum – selection, performance management, succession planning, compensation management and leadership development. TalentQuest can.

For over 40 years, TalentQuest has delivered excellence in both talent management software and HCM consulting solutions. Unlike traditional talent management suite providers that offer poor integration and inadequate consulting services, they believe custom talent technology and consulting are key drivers for successfully integrated talent strategies and processes.

The goal is making great talent management a simple process. And TalentQuest is with you on the journey, every step of the way.

On the Money focuses on topics and issues allowing small businesses to better navigate the financial services minefield, with analysis and opinions from today’s industry experts on banking and loans. On the Money also introduces you to some of the top small business leaders in the Atlanta market.

Hosted by Joe Moss, the president of Embassy National Bank, On the Money airs live every Wednesday at 3:00 PM EST from the Business RadioX studio in Gwinnett.
