has a new exercise dvd that you must add to your collection. Denise Austin: Best Bun & Leg Shapers. Look for some BootCamp dvds from Denise soon that include kettle bell style exercises. Denise said that exercise is the best preventative medicine. And that you are the architect for your own body. Denise shared some great tips for Thanksgiving Day – she said to laugh a lot, cook some healthy choices and go for a family walk later in the day. She also talked about how she survived Halloween and how she sometimes embarrasses her kids by exercising during commercials while they watch TV together. Denise also talked about her love of exercise balls, dumbbells and pedometers. She said the best way out of a holiday funk is to start moving – 10-12 minutes of exercise in the morning will jumpstart your day. She also has a new book coming out to kick off the New Year as well.
