
On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy Lisa Dorfman, author of the new book The Reunion Diet joined us to talk
about her book. Lisa says that life is a series of reunions so you should be creating events to train form throughout your life. Lisa is called the Running Nutritionist because she has run numerous marathons, triathlons and other amazing races. Her books gives you tips to get into reunion shape for all the reunion like events in your life. Some tips are: don’t bring your spouse to your reunion; create a different plan for the different time frames you have until your reunion; add 5 colors to your diet each day and chocolate brown can’t be one of them; wear something age appropriate; do some exercise in order to burn some calories and remember her 3 Fs food, fitness and faith.
