He thinks guys should be working out for life rather than bulking up for looks. Such as forget the latest gadgets – go old school with push ups, sit ups and pull ups. He told the story of how Herschel Walker (who is on the list) does thousands of push ups and sit ups each day instead of going to the gym. Roy thinks regular men can learn some things from the athletes and celebrities featured in his magazine. For example…train year round; have a passion for getting better and getting in shape and vary your workout so your body doesn’t get used to the same old routine mix things up every 6-8 weeks.
