On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on blogger Veronica “Roni” Noone. Roni started blogging in 2005 as a way to stay compliant in her weight loss program. She was on Weight Watchers but her blog was her way to share her
results. Whatever she was doing worked because she lost 70 pounds and has kept the weight off. Over time she built an audience and has expanded her online presence considerably. You can check all the things she is up to on www.roninoone.com. And on March 20 she will be hosting the first annual FitBloggin’10 conference for bloggers that talk about fitness, wellness, good food and a healthy lifestyle. The goal of FitBloggin’ is to bring together a community of health-conscious bloggers for a day of education, networking and friendship. This years event is sold out but get on the list for next year and learn more about it at www.fitbloggin.com

His health journalism background make him the perfect person to ask and answer these questions. His book The Healthy Skeptic: Cutting Through The Hype About Your Health is a must read if you get overwhelmed with information about heath, fitness, wellness and don’t know who is telling the truth. You can trust Robert. Regarding organic foods the questions you have to ask (and Robert answers in this interview) are: Are microscopic amounts of pesticides on fruits and vegetables bad for you in the first place?
