Steve and Cyndi Weinbaum are restaurant brokers with We Sell Restaurants. Steve is a licensed real estate salesperson and Certified Business Broker. He has over 25 years of experience working with retail, dining, and financial industry leaders with a focus on Marketing, Business Analysis, and Relationship Management. The importance of establishing open and honest rapport with all his clients is, and will continue to be, paramount.
Steve has the ability to quickly and accurately review and evaluate financial data. This skill enables him to provide sound valuation feedback and business guidance. He has years of experience negotiating complex business to business contracts. Steve worked with most of the major Casual Dining and Quick Serve Franchise brands to help grow sales and customer engagement.
As a Certified Restaurant Broker, Steve is closing an average of two businesses per month and is skilled in complex lease negotiations.
Cyndi is a licensed Real Estate Agent who has been representing Buyers and Sellers for over a decade. And while her experience has been primarily in the residential market, both resells and new construction, her ability to negotiate complex contracts and perform valuation analysis also serves the commercial real estate and business community.
She is a certified negotiation specialist and has attended many workshops and seminars on sales and marketing and is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club. She has also received instruction and testing leading to designation as a Certified Restaurant Broker.
Cyndi sharpened her negotiating and business analysis skills as a buyer for Macy’s where she collaborated on multifaceted deals in order to maximize return and further developing her ability to quickly and accurately review financial data to evaluate value and drive sales.
As a Restaurant Broker, Cyndi is now working with restaurant owners to accurately value, market and sell their restaurants for maximum value. Musician and Author Landry Tientcheu

Landry Tientcheu was born in Châtenay Malabry, a town in the Paris suburb of Hauts-de-Seine. He lived there until the age of 4 years and then moved to Douala, Cameroon where he spent his childhood and adolescence. Later, as a young adult, he immigrated to the United States where he graduated as an engineer.

Greice Murphy moved to the USA in 2003 to work as a currency trader for a major regional finance firm in Atlanta. She received her BA in Radiology from Ulbra, Brazil and has her Masters in International Business from FGV, Brazil. After working in the finance sector, Greice was asked to help a major retailer navigate its post-recession future working directly with the company’s CEO and CFO. Upon project completion in the retail space, Greice decided to start ACP. Greice, along with two other like-minded partners, founded ACP in 2010 and focused on changing the underserved medically fragile children’s community in Georgia. Passionate about the business and its mission, Greice has led ACP to be the fastest growing Private Home Care company in Georgia, making the INC 5000 list for the first time in 2016. A member of the Entrepreneur Organization (EO), she loves learning and enjoys developing new relationships.
Greice has been married to another entrepreneur and CEO for almost 10 years, and is mom to two beautiful young boys. Greice likes to spend her free time with her family, working out, and traveling around the world, especially back to her roots in Brazil.
