Jeff Bond/Ledgent Technology

Since their opening in 1994, Ledgent Technology has always believed that they are limited only by their own vision, creativity and ethics.

First and foremost, the fact that Ledgent Technology has a soul and is firmly rooted in their Mission, Vision and Values makes them very different and innovative. How can you operate an organization that affects the very livelihood of thousands of people without being philosophy-driven? How can a business that only deals with people be focused on anything else but people? Their approach struck a chord: when they opened their doors in 1994, Ledgent saw their revenue increase by over 22,000% in the first four years. Customers and job seekers yearn to do business with a staffing partner that listens, cares, admits mistakes and is trustworthy. Ledgent is proud to see a change in the staffing industry as a result of their values-driven approach.

Mark Galvin/ePresence

ePresence provides personal branding services for individuals, executives and entrepreneurs. They leverage social media on an individual level since that is where the audience is most engaged. Mark Galvin, CEO and Founder of ePresence, is a personal social media expert with 29 years of business management and hotel industry experience including stops with Marriott, Hyatt, Omni and IHG.

Performance excellence refers to an integrated approach to organizational performance management approach resulting in:

• Delivery of increasing value to customers and stakeholders contributing to organizational sustainability
• Improvement of overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities
• Organizational and personal learning

The Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework consists of seven (7) categories which integrate leadership, strategy, and customers with workforce and operations to drive results. The Baldrige system foundation of measurement, analysis, and knowledge management is critical to effective management and to a fact-based, knowledge-driven, agile system for improving performance and competitiveness.

Listen in to learn…

• How Baldrige provides a disciplined, fully integrated approach to innovation in all key areas of your business model.
• How Baldrige is visually represented through a cascading organizational hierarchy of needs, clarifying the critical aspects of performance, and specifying where innovation is necessary to achieve sustainable success.
• How the best performing organizations innovate, clarify what matters (strategize), then execute seamlessly.
• About the three key steps of strategy execution:
Organize: To differentiate your organization in the marketplace
Activate: To engage employees to execute seamlessly
Recalibrate: To consistently measure performance to expectations and adjust course as necessary
